TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYAUTH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated effective date).
